for the Daaymn: Dating & Local Singles application, published by Daaymn.co.
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Zero tolerance. Daaymn is an adults-only (18+) dating service. We have a
zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any form of
child endangerment. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using Daaymn,
and any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a child is forbidden and
will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
1. Who we are
App: Daaymn: Dating & Local Singles Developer: Daaymn.co Audience: Adults aged 18 and over only.
Daaymn connects consenting adults for dating and social interaction. Because our service
involves user profiles, messaging, and user-generated content, we maintain the safeguards
below to keep the platform free of child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAM) and
any behaviour that endangers minors.
2. Our standards against CSAE
The following are strictly prohibited on Daaymn, without exception:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises, depicts, or exploits a minor.
Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexualise, lure, or make contact with a minor.
Sextortion, trafficking, or the endangerment of a child in any form.
Use of the service by anyone under the age of 18, or facilitating a minor's access to the service.
Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material anywhere on or through the platform.
Violation of these standards results in immediate account termination, preservation of
relevant evidence, and reporting to law enforcement and the relevant child-protection bodies.
3. How we prevent and respond to CSAE
Age assurance
Users must confirm they are 18 or older to register, and our terms prohibit use by minors.
Accounts reasonably believed to belong to a minor are suspended and removed.
Detection & moderation
User-generated content (profiles, photos, messages) is subject to moderation.
Reported content is reviewed promptly, and confirmed CSAE is removed on discovery.
In-app reporting
Users can report profiles, messages, or content directly within the app.
Reports of suspected CSAE are prioritised, actioned, and escalated to authorities.
Action on violations
Confirmed CSAE leads to immediate removal of the content and termination of the account.
We preserve relevant records and report to law enforcement and recognised child-safety
organisations (for example NCMEC in the United States, and the South African Police Service
and the Film and Publication Board in South Africa).
4. Legal compliance
Daaymn complies with applicable child-safety and anti-CSAE laws in the jurisdictions in which
it operates, and cooperates with law enforcement and child-protection agencies. We align our
practices with recognised child-safety frameworks and report apparent CSAE as required by law.
