By creating an account on Daaymn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. You must be 18 or older

Daaymn is for adults only. You confirm you are at least 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account — do not impersonate anyone else.

3. What you may not do

Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse another member.
Post sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises a minor, in any form. This is reported to the authorities.
Post another person's private information, or photos of someone who has not agreed to it.
Solicit money, run scams, advertise, or use the app for commercial purposes.
Scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos and words. You give us permission to host and display them so the app can work. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Moderation

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put members at risk — including without warning where the risk is serious. Reporting and blocking tools are in the app.

6. The service is provided as it is

Daaymn is offered without warranty. We do not run background checks on members and we cannot guarantee anyone is who they say they are. Meet people safely: in public, and tell someone where you are going.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from your interactions with other members.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing daaymnco@gmail.com.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and contact
